I agree, from a politics (not law) and even cultural/theological perspective. But I don't think the First Amendment, even as bastardized, is implicated here. (Not saying you were saying that. Just making clear my opinion.)

Doesn't bother me at all. We have presidents that attend a national prayer breakfast. Can't get much more religious than that.

Back in the day I was on a baseball team from a Catholic school and I was Methodist. We said the Lord's Prayer before every game (we were really freaking good too so suck it Jesus haters). And they'd always stop before the end of the Lords Prayer or so I thought. I was always like yo brahs we got one more line to go.
