Any idea how Trump wants to get work done on the wall?

I say a trade off to all illegal immigrants, once vetted, if you have no criminal background you build wall then you become citizen. If you are a criminal you go back to Mexico. Also, if don't want to build wall join military for citizenship.
Everyone should speak English as the language of America. No more of schools making it mandatory to speak Spanish. No English no citizenship.

Round up all these liberal protesters and welfare recipients, send their asses down there to build it. They'll learn a valuable trade for free, learn the value of hard work, and will finally do something to make the country a better place.

I am looking for trade off possibilities instead of having to pay someone to do it. They want to live here the earn it.

Well here's this idea. We currently spend $29 billion a year on illegal immigrants. We can use half of that to get started. The other half? Set up a fund for the ACA and kill the mandate.
I think people will realize it's not about making anyone pay for the wall. It's about killing wasteful spending.

Fair enough but it shouldn't be mandatory to learn another language to get a job. English is the dominate language.

True; in Louisiana if there is a discrepancy between a contract written in French and English, the French actually takes precedence.

There is a lot of oil industry workers unemployed in Texas. If they can build oilfield equipment they can certainly build a wall.

Why is the idea so far-fetched to some people? We already have a wall. We just have to finish it. Hillary voted for a wall when she was in the Senate. Several countries have built walls.

yeah , I work with a lot of Mexicans, some may be illegal and feared getting deported. So I always thought let these guys build the wall and earn the right to stay.. Most the Mexicans that are here illegally are very hard working but not the sharpest. They don't have the time or know how to start the citizenship process so I know for a fact they would work building the wall to earn citizenship
As for the Spanish part, they should definitely learn English but there is no reason not to learn Spanish in schools. or French or any other language. Its so sad that we don't have better language programs in our schools.
My wish is that one day French is taught from day one in the schools of south Louisiana. It has tons of learning benefits outside of just learning the language and represents the history and culture of the area

A liberal once told me that welfare and social give-away programs were good for the economy. Turn about fair play. Just like a wartime economy, the wall will pour payroll dollars into the economy.

Shut down the DOE and VA by executive order, and tell those employees if they want to keep their job, to show up on the southern Border to build that wall.
And there is a ton of *social* workers with Degrees who try to deal with the personal/societal problems of Dysfunctionals who don't work and crash and burn. Put BOTH to doing productive work and there are a lot of problems solved. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop".

That would be the ultimate troll if Trump gets nothing but illegals to build the wall. Have them sign contracts that they will get citizenship once the wall is done. Any illegal that doesn't sign will get deported. You could have reverse migration with everyone going back to the Mexico border...would be hillarious
