I hope we don't lose because I'm looking ahead to Florida.

I have my sights set on that bye week. Should LSU be concerned?

I'm already thinking about Russell Sheppard's junior year

Me too. I can't wait to see Jarrett Lee starting for his fourth straight year as a senior.

Couldn't agree more , Greg! But, fans will be fans...we like to dream big...but fat egoes tend to get popped...just ask USC about last year...hope we don't fall prey to the human condition!

what the hell do we as fans have to do with looking ahead and losing?

we don't play the games we can look ahead to whoever we want. We have 0 effect on how the team looks at a weaker team.

Boy, do I ever agree with that! This is a sandwich game between Auburn and Georgia. Auburn won by one point when they were looking past MS. If LSU looks forward to Georgia, they may not get past Mississippi State. I've seen it happen too many times to not be concerned about it.

I know my opinion is not worth anymore than yours, really...but it's my opinion that the community surrounding the team does have some affect on their attitude. No harm, no foul!

I've heard the Miles is not even having them practice this week so they can rest up for the Jawja game. He's sitting in his office with his feet on the desk watching Woody Woodpecker reruns while smoking a cigar.

a reporter asked him about the Mississippi State game and Miles' reply was:

"Do they still have a team"?

Should we read anything into this?

if LSU looks forward to UGA, State may be within 30pts.

There has to be at least some let-down for the team...the win was huge at AU...the entire team gave a big, big effort there...remember the Tulane game last year! It can happen.

We will see Croom looking ahead to the Vandy game and he will take us for granted.

Not to mention Florida and South Carolina. There's 3 freaking games before Georgia!
