Which of these young NBA teams have the brightest futures?

Bucks: Already a shock. Length, athleticism, and hard nosed defense. Even missing Jabari and Marshall, eating the Larry Sanders cap hit, and trading away its top scorer, Jason Kidd has this team looking scary. Bring back Jabari and sign a few vets to help these young talents keep improving.
Timberwolves: Wiggins looks like he has an opportunity to live up to the hype, and Lavigne has outperformed his expectations. Add to that a 25% chance at this years #1 pick (guaranteed top 4), and the Wolves have made a complete 180 from a season ago. Last year they were considering riding the Love/Rubio max contract train into perpetual mediocrity.
Jazz: Who thought Gobert would be this good? Lots of young talent with Hood, Exum, Burke, and others still developing. Wouldn't pick the Jazz as my favorites here, because I don't think they have a true superstar or the means to attain one. But they should be much improved over the next few seasons.
Pelicans: Gotta throw them in here. I'll leave it at this: can Anthony Davis keep getting even better?
Sixers: Will be waiting a few years to see if the gamble pays off, but for now, the Sixers have no tangible results. Hard to put them at the top of this list, but that could change in a few years.
Which team has the best shot of contending for a title in the next 5-10 years?

I says the bucks. Kidd looks like a great fit and once they get healthy, they will be able to do some serious damage in the laughing stock we call the Eastern Conference.

The Bucks have a brighter future than New Orleans?
I'm extremely biased here but I want the Pels in the playoffs for one reason, so everyone can watch what AD can do at only 22.
You can argue about the supporting cast (haven't been healthy in nearly 2 years) but if I'm picking out of those teams listed, it's got to be NOP.
True

The Wolves were better off before the Love trade?

1. Jazz
2. Sixers
3. Orlando
4. Bucks
5. Twolves (As long as Flip is running the team)
Pels would be #1 but I'm not sure if they belong here

The Wizards don't really fit this

By a wide margin. They are a game away from making the playoffs in the stacked west and have one of the 3 or 4 best players in the game who is still on his rookie contract.

Why no Celtics?
LINK
Jazz, Sixers, and Bucks are the only teams younger.
edit: and if we factor in coaching, Celtics have the youngest coach in Brad Stevens.

And no Ibaka
OKC would have won 60+ games with Durant and Ibaka healthy
