I went to get some ice cream and a movie for the kids. Not a single container of bluebell in smallmart. A sign saying it was "voluntarily" recalled. What happened?

Daaaaaang. 5 people got some crazy disease from it and 3 of them died.

Yeah baw. This news is weeks old. Blue Bell is going to take a big hit for this. When your food kills people, that's never good PR.

Idk. They have never issued a recall in 108 years. 5 containers out of millions.

I think they'll be ok?

Mississippi mud pie; bring it back. I'll buy it.

Ya think?

Our local Krogers is fully stocked, although they do have a printout on the bottom of their receipts that tells you you've bought it in the past and what you bought has been voluntarily recalled and you can get a refund if you return it. Dang loyalty card lettin' them know my purchasing history.

I think the recall was from the Oklahoma plant, at least that's what it was originally.

They're probably going to have to rename the baseball stadium after this one.

It isn't necessarily about the killing people deal, it has more to do with the millions that need to be spent with pulling distribution and PR, too. It takes a lot of money to recover.
