re: Obtaining a Visa for China Questions - MamouTiger65
I'm no longer with that company, so I don't have the name of the person we used. You can Google visa agents in Houston and find several companies that do this for you. You mail them your passport and the fee and then they mail it all back to you. Talked to a friend that also travelled there, he d...

Those tend to be pricier but carry a little more weight. Certs will make you more marketable to a consultin...

re: Considering cruising the Nile - MamouTiger65
Yeah, I'd highly recommend a tour. They will help you avoid scams and can line up site tours for you ahead of time. I used three separate companies while there. Don't be shocked if you get an armed bodyguard as part of your tour. I had one of those in Sharm el sheikh and that was pre-Arab Spring...

re: Considering cruising the Nile - MamouTiger65
I did one as a larger tour of Egypt. We flew down to Abu Simbel which was as interesting as the Pyramids, then we got on a cruise ship from Aswan to Luxor. It was a good cruise with lots of stops along the way. From there you can catch a train back up to Cairo. ...

re: Looking for the best Shrimp Dip ever - MamouTiger65
Easiest and likely unhealthiest option, but it has been a quick fix for a lot of parties and everyone always eats the stuff up. 2 bars of cream cheese 2 sticks of butter 2 cans crab meat chopped shrimp seasoning Cook your shrimp in a pan and chop into small enough pieces that you can scoop...
