Rem – replaced an 1187 that blew up on me (guns fault – no one was hurt),
Not costa for me – mine delaminated and they wouldn’t do anything for me .....

For me:

Costa - fixed a pair of sunglasses charged me shipping
Orvis - replaced two rods free of charge.
St. Croix Rods - Replaced a few rods no questions
Sage Rods - replace a rod with no questions
Burris - have a Burris Fast Fire that I broke. Called them
to buy a replacement part and they wouldn't let me pay after adamantly telling them it was my fault and they weren't responsible.

There are other but I can't think of them right now.

SKEETER - how could I forget this, a few years ago I posted about a cracked console tray looking for some ideas on how to fix. Beyond reasonable repair so I ordered one from Cajun in Addis area. The one that came in was the wrong one and the guy swore it was listed as the part. Clled Skeeter directly, got a live body and opened discussion. H gave me his email address and we exchanged pics of part and boat etc. SKEETER sent me a new one directly at no charge (about a $90 saving) and then went out of their way to correct the part number with Cajun.

Can not be beaten in CS

Will add TFO fly rods to the list as well.

I think any of the better fly rod companies have CS as a major cornerstone of business.

It also appears that a couple of you are breaking a lot of fly rods!
