I'm sorry but the tournament has been disappointing

I may get flamed for this and I admit that I'm a casual cbball fan but I can't remember a tornament with so few close games.
There was some badass first day stuff and some nice games here and there like UNC last night but my goodness, I've been bored.
The MSU-OU game is great so far.

Why would you premptively apologize for your statement unless you knew it was a dumb one?

Second weekend is always a letdown after first weekend

There's usually at least one 'Cinderella' that makes it into the elite eight but not this year. Most teams are winning by about 12 and I don't think that's normal for the sweet sixteen especially with teams seeded closely together.

Agree. Only thing I care about now is if UK loses which they wont

Just goes to show close, exciting games are the only redeemable quality of the tournament. Watching games from tip to end is hard. The best part is when four games are on at once.

Agreed
Hell I've been watching nba games tonight

Yep and the amount of commercials is just becoming absurd

Yeah flipping back and forth with four is great.
This MSU-OU game is gonna be a great ending at least. And that Zona-Wiscy game should be an epic rematch.
I think UK will wear ND down around the 15 min left in the game mark.

We have powerhouses playing against powerhouses looking for spots in the Final Four. I'm sorry but I would much rather watch Arizona/Wisconsin and Michigan State/Louisville than have 8 seed Butler and 11 seed VCU squeak into the Final Four and play some of the worst basketball ever watched.
The Gonzaga and Notre Dame storylines are really interesting as well. They have both been good programs but haven't broken through to the Final Four. To get there, they'll have to beat Duke and Kentucky.

The one game that sticks out in my mind in recent years of fun tournament games that weren't crazy close was the Indiana/UK game in 2012. I think the final score ended something like 102-90.

He definitely knew it was dumb

Total Yawnfest..worst tourney in maybe 20 years?
No real upsets, medium to huge winning margins since Day 1 of the dance..
Even with soft heavyweights and play levels by the elite this year..they coast vs the field for the most part..
College Hoops is way way down..I see plenty of great individual play..but not so much "cohesive team game ball" by most squads.
But, I do expect these next few weeks of games by the elite, to bring a few classics hopefully.

It's been atrocious, I'm hoping with the chalk winning (State-Ville is still pretty good) that it might be a good Elite 8. If Kentucky wins without being challenged the sport might lose even more fans. I was watching the 30 for 30 about The Big East and that St. John's-Gtown game in The Garden pulled an 8 rating!! A regular season game and I remember being engrossed in college basketball from the Maui Invitational until the horn blew ending the final. It goes to show that a few things this way or that and the public will indeed tune in to other things. Do you guys remember how fricking huge Big Monday was? It never disappointed, you would get like Indiana-Ohio State and then pick your Big East bloodbath and everybody seemed to have watched when you went to school or work the next day.

So almost everyone in this thread agrees with the OP except you, and even your post seems to be a troll. This years tourney sucks balls.
