Mickey is a decent college player, but if he plays the 4 in the league and he doesn't have the range to play the 3...

That actually is probably very true. Haven't thought of it. His school was sketchy as Hell and since shut down

Thank you for your time at LSU and good luck in the future.

Like in football, when LSU sends players to the pros early, it only encourages more great athletes to wear purple and gold.

Worst. Spin. Ever.

You should work as press secretary for the president.

Mickey cleaned out his locker and didn't show up for the team meeting yesterday. Source - current players already reporting that he is gone. Sorry, this is from a current player's mouth.
I know my report yesterday was deleted (about his parents with him withdrawing from LSU at the Academic Center), but this is further confirmation. Don't care if you don't believe me or if this is deleted.
That is a pretty heavy "lean".

Wish him the best of luck and I am sure he will do well. He was clearly not well very late in the season but it seemed like he was getting better as soon as they found out what it was.

Well.....I think he is making a mistake if he leaves.

I wish him luck anyway.

Well if that's the argument, then coming to LSU doesn't make sense.

Processed.

Martin and Simmons could be like Lebron and Wade.

Ride for Jarrell.

If this stuff is true, best of luck to Jordan... I see him in Europe as well. Get money and see the world is not a bad deal. Being the 11th or 12th guy on a NBA team isn't either.

Selfishly, I hope Martin comes back. LSU could do some damage next year!

Yeah, but it's not like one more year at LSU will help this.

I'd go pro if I were him, too.

If he goes it's because he just doesn't want to be in school anymore. He's the furthest thing from an NBA player at this point and I'm sure he is being told the same. Hopefully he is successful in whatever line of work he ends up in.

also keep in mind that he was seriously considering leaving after last season, so this really isn't a surprise regardless of if he is 'ready' or not

good luck mickey. wish it ended on a better note. go get that bread.
