I can drink a 6 pack without getting a hangover, but when I drink the big bottle of wine or mix wine and rum, I feel kind of nauseated the next day. It's alcohol withdrawal nausea.

I discovered a great cure for a hangover. Take a quart of leftover red beans, a quart of chicken broth (ready made is fine) and a can of ro-tel tomatoes. Heat it all up in a pot.

Made me feel better right away. But it is quite flatulence-inducing.

Greasy food when hungover is nice but I wouldn't say it "helps" me.

A bloody or a beer helps.
And if you have nausea, a soft drink that makes you burp a lot helps A TON. Chug that thing and burp the nausea away.

I'm such a lady, I know.

Drop some fried chicken in that "stew" and chase it with a couple brews and you are good to go

I don't know how some of y'all ingest tomatoes with an upset stomach. All that acid just makes it worse for me.

My only hangover cure is water and sleep.

A bowl is hands down the best cure. But that's not an option for everyone. Mostly I just suffer. Pedialyte can be money, though.
