Caramelize some halved grape tomatoes in butter and/or olive oil, maybe even coconut oil. Squirt some lime juice on them and scoop them over avocado. Season as you like.

Soften a couple sticks of butter. Blend in a fresh aromatic like chives or garlic. Divide it and let people use it for the corn and potatoes.
