People on this board give the gun shite bc it's a Beretta, but I like them. They feel good in the hands and I've had good experiences whenever I fired one.
I don't own one, though.

I have one in 9mm and absolutely love it. It's not a great gun if you have hands like a woman, but a realized male shouldn't have any issues with it.

Fantastic weapon, if you ask me. Heavy trigger, but has the rotating barrel assembly the offsets some of the felt recoil during a shot.
Very comfy in the hand, but as another poster said, not for those with frail hands (which you said isn't you anyway). Also like the safety location, as well as the quick takedown lever for field dressing. Disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly can be done in under a minute with a bore snake.
I had mine in .40, and I loved it! looking at getting one in the .45 variety later this year.

Hey, look, an M&P owner that can't resist declaring M&P ownership.

I actually don't own one. My brother used to. I've shot the Beretta and the MP was much better

I'm looking to sell mine (9mm).

I love mine. I have one in .40 S&W and because of the rotating barrel, the recoil is noticeably less than that of my Beretta 96 Brigadier.
The back straps are interchangeable with three different sizes to choose from to fit your hand.
I don't have huge hands but I'm currently running the largest back strap as that is what is most comfortable in my hands. The checkering/stippling on the grip is nice and grippy.
I've encountered zero problems with mine and I've had it since it was first introduced. It is a fine pistol, although a little bit on the heavier side. However I like shooting a pistol with some weight to it so it's not a big deal to me.

I own one in .40 and love it. Very comfortable to shoot, and zero FTF's

Is there a bag limit ?

You either like the PX4, or you hate it. I haven't found anyone on the fence about them. I personally hate them. The balance is too fricked up for me. It feels incredibly bad in my hand. The trigger feels like it was put together by a neanderthal when you pull it

I owed a subcompact as my first pistol. Liked the portability and double stack capacity. Never had a malfunction.
However, the trigger pull is very long and heavy. Sold it and never looked back.

I had one in 40 cal. S&W. I really liked it solid gun and a great shooter. Sold it because I started reloading and just didn't want to have to buy any more dies.

I own the sub compact .40. Love mine. The noisy cricket is loud!
Again it's all about how the fun fits your hands.
eTa. Fwiw-I have a glock .40 too and like the beretta better.

Have a full size 9mm. Overall good handgun.

The sub compact is the ugliest handgun on the market. And that's saying something.

I have one in 9mm and I like it. I do regret not getting the m&p after shooting one. That will be my next handgun purchase.
