Not true! His dad loves rickray. Just ask the MSU poster that said we wouldn't get peters and that MSU would sign some guy nobody had heard of, yet they gizzed themselves anyways.

I don't think so actually. According to the 247 class calculator, if we get Malik, we only score a 52.07. UK is at 51 and you know they are going to get more top recruits after their current roster has a mass exodus. No doubt we have a top 3 class. If they would include Craig Victor, we would probably have the #1 class

I've read some places that said if we land Newman, we would have the best class in the country regardless of total points. 3 players that are all top 20 in the nation, including the #1 overall player.
Total points is a skewed way of looking at recruting classes IMO. Like Tennessee in football... They have been top 5 the last 2 years in recruiting, but their average player ranking is outside the top 10. They have a high total points score because they took 30+ players each year.

Who cares where the class is ranked. The main thing is we'd have 3 extremely high rated players coming in. 3 McDonalds AA's plus Victor possibly being eligible. I could care less if the class is ranked 1st or any other number.
