This kid will great ambassador for LSU. I am so excited about him and Simmons.
After watching his trilogy and hearing him live on the radio kid has great charisma and energy and a good head on his shoulders.

Agreed. The kid sounds pretty sharp. He is definitely fired up to play for LSU.

Yep, and he'll probably be at LSU for more than one season. Selfless attitude. I didnt, however,hear him say that Newman is coming to LSU. He said he thinks we get him but doesnt know bc its not his decision. Also said that it would be a good choice fir Newman

Malik is mad at the Ms. Athletic Comission. He twittered, "This is why i will be going to school out of state." if true this would eliminate Ole Miss & Miss St. Looks like a two horse race now. LSU and KU. I really think We are currently the front runner.

If LSU lands newman, I don't think there is a debate. Simmons, Blakeney and Newman (+Victor) is ridiculous.

Um, I seriously doubt the MHSAA's ruling not allowing Callaway High to participate in postseason national tournaments is going to have an impact on Newman's recruitment.
He's just lashing out.
With that said, he may just be looking for an excuse to use to sell to the state of Miss people on why he's not staying in state, but ultimately it had no impact.
