Do you clean up after yourself every day or are you a gross person that "soaks" dishes for a week?

I just let my dog lick them off. Saves water and soap.

My wife cleans them.

I take out the trash, though.

At the end of each day, the right side is empty and the left contains anywhere from a few to a towering assembly of items air drying. It could be stacked halfway to the ceiling, but that right side will be empty at the end of the day

Cutting board and two coffee cups. We usually keep it tight but its been a lazy sunday. Always rinse and place in dishwasher.

Empty and clean. My maid doesn't overlook anything. She's from Cuba. Her and her husband moved to the states 9 years ago. The husband works offshore. For 40 dollars she cleans my entire house, does my dishes and does my clothes. She's grateful to make what she makes and I trust her completely. I tip her an extra 20 every other time she comes. It's so worth it

A lawyer goes to a clients house to talk about some estate issues. The client cooks him a meal.

While the food is cooking, the client brings him a drink. The glass seems a little dirty. The lawyer asks, "Is this glass clean?"

"As clean as soap and hot water can get it."

The food finishes, and the client brings him a plate. The fork looks grungy. He asks, "Is this fork clean?"

"As clean as soap and hot water can get it."

He shrugs and finishes his meal. He notices that the plate seems to have old crusty food on it that wasn't what was served to him. "Was this plate clean?"

"As clean as soap and hot water can get it."

During the after dinner coffee, the man's two dogs run in the room and jump on the couch. He yells, "Soap! Hot Water! get off the damn couch!"

nothing at all in my sink when I go to bed...it is just as easy to rinse and put in the dishwasher as it is to leave them in the sink...
