How many more of these unjustified killings before there is a revolution?

My guess is the cop asked him to put him hands up, and the guy refused and reached for something in his pocket, and that is when he got shot. The jury will decide if the cop was wrong.

I also say that if the dude had complied with the officer's orders, he would be alive...

What percentage of the population is a sociopath or psychopath? How many of those become police? I bet it's a higher percentage than we would like to know.

Can you produce something to back this statement up?

This man was no threat.

Or this? Did you know him? His habits?

If he was somebody would have been harm far before the police arrived.

Not sure what this says.

No reason at all for the PO to approach the man with his weapon drawn. This is getting stupid. I got pulled over for a speeding violation near Destin, and the first the the cop did when I exited the car was draw down on me. Apparently I got out of the car before commanded to do so, which could have gotten me killed.

Don't understand why the cop got out of the unit with his gun drawn in a firing position

who is bashing cops?

I see critical posts on a guy that overstepped his job description.

I think it's silly when people act like this guy represents all cops...but what this guy did is disgusting.

Ummmm lets see a homeless drunk has no need for possessions outside the bare necessities ie the shirt on their back. A gun can be sold and used to buy more alcohol.

Or this? Did you know him? His habits?

He was fricking drunk the people who call the police kicked him out without incident.

My bad, poor sentence structure. If he was capable or intended to harm someone don't you think that would have happen way before the police arrived? If he was going to harm anyone my bet would be it would have happened when he was thrown on his arse out the bar.
