We had that place out in Pineville on Lake Buhlow with the go karts, miniature golf, batting cages, but it went out of business.

Bringhurst Park burnt down about 2 months ago and I don't think they will rebuild it

Hell yeah... Warthogs games were the shite and Rangers games weren't that bad (for the season they lasted )

Monster trucks still go strong in the Coliseum

I love that aspect of it. Will be at Spirits in about an hour. Will talk to at least 5 people I had no idea would be there.

Yes. Special tax just for it. Now the washed up acts can come here when they leave the cuh-seen-uh.

I keep asking people, but I don't think so... It's too small.

I think it would be cool to have HS playoff games there (since its in the middle for everyone) but it won't fit a football field in it.

Anyone mention Top Shelf, only been once, good selection. I think they do live music on Friday nights, not sure how, pretty small place.

There live music is an acoustic guitar player sitting in the outside breezeway. They didn't set that place up right when they designed it. There is more room behind the bar that actual seating/standing area

Top Shelf isn't bad. Took clients there a few times and drank them out of Abita's Macchiatto (?) stout. Or Porter. One of those. Good service and they seemed genuinely interested in bringing in more craft beers. This was over a year ago, though.

As someone mentioned earlier, everyone knows everyone. There's something appealing about that to me...as I head to AEX to go back to 4M people.

And, a shout out to Finnegan's--cool little joint that made me forget I was in Ellic.

Go eat at Verona's Italian Restaurant.
Good food, nice vibe to me. Good bar with lotta selections. Get something interesting, too, not like meatballs and spaghetti.
Anything off the specials, anything with pink sauce.

And a shot of Port with dessert
