Lands End has been hit or miss for me. You mean dress slacks as in some wool or poly blend?

I've had good luck with Orvis and LL Bean (once you get sizing figured out) for work khakis, but I do the same as you for slacks (Stein Mart trial and error).

out landsend, I love their shirts

Lands End isn't bad, but they are WAY too skinny in the thigh for me and run up into my nutsack every time I sit down. By the end of the day I'm cursing my way home to hurry and get the frickers off me.

LL Bean is sloppy.

I haven't actually found a decent pair of dress slacks. Maybe Kenneth Cole has something that isn't expensive or complete shite. My favorite pants are actually suit pants from Tommy Hilfiger and Pronto Uomo (Yes, I am cheap as frick). Let me know when you find out.
