I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but Derrius Guice looks enormous in his off season workouts. Those who haven't looked at his twitter should check out some of his training videos, the dude is going to be an absolute stud for the good guys for years to come.

Scroll down and check out some of the videos.

Guice Twitter

Got to watch him in high school, he appears to have added some weight.

Love seeing guys put in the work in the offseason.

But I do worry about that power clean box jump exercise...that looks dangerous on the knees. Anyone else agree? Never seen anyone do that.

Marshall Faulk-ish game with Honey Badger-ish swag.

A lot of those exercises are unorthodox, but he makes those box jumps look too easy. That explosion doh...

Love the work. That's what it takes to achieve greatness!

Also love how he and Fournette and Dylan Moses are friends and are all out to make LSU RBU.

Moses won't play RB.

Moses will play whatever he desires. That being said, I hope he chooses to play LB.

Back in the day, Chris Jackson did the poor man's version, literally.

In his front yard, he would jump up from the grass with ankle weights and land up on his higher porch. Explains his underrated but explosive 42" vertical.

This kid will be special. It will be hard to keep him off the field.

Not really like Marshall Faulk. Faulk was 1 of the smoothest players I've ever seen in football.

Guice is angry and runs with wreckless abandon. He's a power back first and foremost. I mean some people say he's similar to Marshawn Lynch, who has a completely different running style than Marshall Faulk.

IMO hes Cadillac Williams.
