Watched both.
I'm in. Pretty hilarious. I busted out laughing when he backed the truck full of bowling balls into the aquariums.
Kristen Schaal is great too. Love her character. The grammar thing was great.
I'm not sure this show will last long because its humor isn't suited for the masses, and I can't see it being popular enough for a network like Fox to keep it. But I'll be along for the ride, no matter how long or short.

it got some pretty great ratings last night:

The Last Man on Earth debuted strong for Fox, drawing 5.7 million viewers and a 2.3 in the coveted 18-49 demographic, ensuring the network a win in the demo on Sunday night.

This show is going to be a hit
It's going to be an arrested development that isn't prematurely canceled
Thought it was hysterical

Yeah, it felt more like a show that belonged on FXX.
I forgot to record it last night, glad it was on the Fox app on my Apple TV.

I think he wiped his face with the Declaration of Independence. LOL.
I wondered about animals. And, as with The Walking Dead, who is keeping the grass and weeds trimmed? Tucson does make that less of an issue.

The most underrated part to me was after the vows. He clearly doesn't like her and has been nonstop annoyed with her. But after she said I do, his eyes go wide and he gets this huge grin like its the happiest moment of his life

Watched it on Hulu Plus. Liked it. No laugh track is always a huge plus.

Guess I'll check it out today. Are both episodes on there? I had about a 3 minute hangover from Modern Family and thought it could be pretty good. I was kind of upset I only had 3 minutes.

It's because he is about to get laid. So he thinks. She said she would only sleep with him if they were married

Maybe I need to rewatch that scene. I saw it as him mocking her. The whole situation is beyond stupid in his mind, she knew what was coming, but still acted like a giddy fool. So I saw his over the top/fake smile as him just playing into her stupidity.

Yea did they explain why no animals anywhere? Virus kill them too? I was thinking the world would get overrun quickly by wild animals and he would be constantly encountering them and fighting them off, so the writers just ignored animals as it would be too cumbersome in the story.

Where are the bodies?
Why do the grocery stores not stink from rotted meat and cheese etc.?

You know this is a comedy right? A pretty light-hearted one at that.

I know, I know. I get it's not trying to be realistic. Just the animal thing bothered me. I kept waiting for a cougar or bear to come at him.

Oh, and I just got to say, huge apology to Tom Hanks and the whole crew that put together 'Castaway'. 'Cause they nailed it.
They friggin' nailed it.
They friggin' nailed it.
