I'm not naive, you're fricking retarded. I'm perfectly aware that ALL the good looking girls don't go in with "stink vag", but you're kidding yourself if you think that a large number of them haven't suffered from a common yeast infection or have, at some point, been infected with an std. Also, do you have any idea what a yearly checkup entails? I'm guessing no, because if you did, you too could realize how unsexual it is.

The doctor knows it's uncomfortable for the patient more than likely, and he acts in the most professional and unsexual way he can to make the patient feel more comfortable. Doesnt' mean he isn't a man that likes looking at hot women.

She's not naked. She's covered in light blue paper drapes. You don't see much. It's clinical, it's work, it's in the midst of a very busy day, it's an environment that is conducive to getting your work done and not sexy at all.
