Anyone seen them on their most recent tour? They're playing tonight in Charlotte and I was thinking about going. Does Canada play any ragweed songs or is it all Cody Canada and the Departed songs? I'm more interested in seeing Boland, as I haven't seen him live yet. Does he put on a good show?

With those two guys together there is no telling what they will play.

I have heard he plays very little, if any, Ragweed.

Just saw them both Thursday night at the Varsity. CC was OK, played a couple of CCR tracks (crowd was pushing hard for the song Alabama), he is loud and leans more to the hard rock side... But I knew that going in.

JB on the other hand, did a fantastic job... But I'm a little partial as I've been a fan for some time. His show is non-stop, takes very few breaks, it's mostly one song right after the other... Good mix of slow and fast.

Oh, and they did not come out and play anything together... Even though CC said they might during his act. That would have been pretty cool...

I remember him playing Alabama, Constantly, and Dimebag from CCR.

Both Canada and Boland were great last week IMO

Really thought CC was gonna come back and do outlaw band with Boland.

I wanted more ccr as his solo stuff just doesn't do much for me, but he wasn't bad. Boland waa great as always. Played almost all of my favorites. Hopefully next time we hear comal county blue

Yes, I was hoping to hear Comal County Blue or Mexico or Crazy... Oldies, but goodies. Still think JB hollering out "Oh you fricked up now boy" to the genius fighting added a nice flair to the show!

When I left an older couple was in front of me, they were not impressed with CC... Kinda felt bad for the Mr., she was giving him an earful.

Cody Canada would just as soon smoke a joint that Jason Boland had rolled. Least that's what I've been told..

ISWYDT....

Saw CC not too long ago solo acoustic show. He played maybe 2 CCR songs, 2 covers, and the rest Departed stuff. But I enjoyed the hell out of it.

I really enjoyed Cody Canada, more than I did Jason Boland (which surprised me).

JB had an REK Jr. look going on.
