As it is my last day on the planet, because the probability is high that it will be.....

1. Do you have a car?
2. If you do have a car, I would drive over the Vicksburg and check out the military park/battlefield.
3. If you don't want to drive to Vicksburg, I would suggest:
-Ms Sports Hall of Fame
-Go to a movie
-Go to Bass Pro or the outlet mall and do some shopping
-Go to res, but it is a little early in the year to enjoy that
-Drive through the ghetto and see the urban paradise that corruption and stupidity will give you
-Shoot yourself in the face
-Find anything other to do than spend a day in Jackson Ms
-Tour the old capital, but IDK if it is open on a sat.
I lived in the area for 2 years there is nothing really special to do in Jackson for a day but can keep yourself busy for a day, but it won't be anything memorable
ETA:
-attend a Klan meeting(always a good time)
-go to zoo and wrarp yourself in bacon and jump into lions cage
(we went to that zoo on a field trip in high school and they had the biggest damn cottonmouth I have ever seen and it was in an eye level cage. I still have nightmares about that thing)

Jackson has zero redeeming qualities. Has to be one the worst cities in the south.
