Yep, they both are doing their best to develop as QBs and to secure a place as LSU's starting QB.

And the OP is bitching.

Can you ever remember a time a starting QB was replaced as the #1 BEFORE spring practice started? For better or worse, Harris is going to have to take the job from Jennings, he's not going to be anointed. The key thing you should take away from this anonymous quote is
quote:

More importantly, is the fact that sources tell us he is spending more time in the playbook and doing the little things more efficiently that it takes to run a team in the SEC from behind center."

Yeah, we have been hearing for some time now how hard of a worker Jennings is...

I guess we should ,make more threads and trash the kid who reports say is working hard and improving.
Harris will no doubt have his chance, on Harris is keeping Harris back.

Fans like you are what's wrong with this board.
Hope when you make a mistake in your life or underachieve there will be people there to tear you down and belittle you.

These are young adults, please tell me you're a teenager, if not, you should be very ashamed of yourself.

Yea the same quarterback that was 5-13 for 30 yards in the SEC championship? Please LSU won the SEC championship despite the piss poor performance at QB

You know, if Jennings is the QB as LSU goes undefeated in the regular season, wins the SEC Championship, and is invited to the 2015 playoffs, I wouldn't be complaining whatever his play looked like.

So you have the knowledge the Harris IS better than Jennings?

Is what you quoted saying anything different?

They said Jennings is the starter going into the SPRING. Not the season, Spring. It will take Harris working hard and outperforming him in practice. Jennings started because he worked harder and was more coachable in practice. Harris is going to destroy in the Spring game and win the starting job.

Good to see Jennings is going to make Harris work hard to earn the job

This is how I see it too. Not sure why anyone would have a problem with Jennings pushing Harris.

Dude you need to take a step back. There is nothing wrong with picking a horse in the race, most of us have picked Harris. (Not that it matters) But the shite you are posting is pure hostility towards an LSU athlete rooting for them to fail. No idea how you haven't been banned yet.

I do not. But all this BS about Jennings work ethic is getting ridiculous. If Jennings is the better option then so be it, but drop the BS about him being the guy because he works so hard at his craft.

You realize last year, as a sophomore, it was his first as a starter. The team lost two pretty good receivers. Unfortunately he didn't show a lot of improvement as the year went on, but are you really ready to say he can NEVER succeed. Shame on you!

And who here knows that Harris can do better? Nobody. The coaches see these kids perform everyday and they are in the best position to determine who can best help this team win.

So WHOEVER is at QB...GEAUX TIGERS
