Federal lawsuit filed
They knew they were filmed...how could they be stupid enough to file a false report knowing that potential evidence to the contrary existed?
quote:
Arocho’s arrest report falsely states that Mr. Donovan approached the police officers making an arrest, that he refused orders to leave the area, and that he was pepper sprayed “as he began to close the distance between himself and the officers.” The video shows these statements are not true. All criminal charges were later dismissed.

That cop stomped his phone BC he was filming in portrait mode. Justified in my eyes

These people who film vertically must be stopped.

Simple answer is that he thought he had destroyed the video evidence, or he didnt think the video was significant enough to worry about during the report write-up.

I would love for you to discuss the relevance of the typo to the actual content of my post.
I await your response.
Your original spelling confused me for a while, I didn't understand what you were trying to say.

Why are cops such sad miserable pieces of shite
I'm not sure. Miserable pieces of shite seem to be drawn to that line of work.

I don't see why people think it's ok to film cops doing their jobs. If somebody filmed you working the fryer wouldn't you get creeped out too?

Turn the phone sideways when videoing, people! That vertical view sux.

1)Its legal in all 50 states to film police on duty performing official duties.
2)It has saved people from being falsely accused and sent to prison under false pretenses. If you had the choice between going to jail for doing nothing wrong and filming police what would you do?

I like it how people expect very unintelligent individuals to not do dumb sleezy shite. These videos are becoming such the norm that it doesn't phase me anymore. I would love to know the average ACT/SAT score of a local police force. Has a highly intelligent person ever become a cop?

Curious...what does the OP have to do with the Patriot Act?

This is just ignorant. I've met really smart cops. Rare, but they're definitely out there.

1. Install Dropbox or Drive app.
2. Set them to auto upload any media recorded with the phone.
3. Profit?

I would say VERY rare. If you took a poll from 100 people that knew a person in high school that became a cop if they thought he was smart in high school, I would venture maybe 10 would say yes. I'm guessing their average ACT score would be around 20. More like 18 for the three guys I know. Not saying they are bad people, just that the majority are not scholars.

They usually move up faster to better jobs like detective or something. They don't stay on patrol like the GED having cops you usually see in these videos.

The only person from my graduating class I know of who became a cop was the single dumbest girl in my grade. Seriously, she was in special education, and somehow she's allowed to do this important job?

The national average composite ACT score of all college students is 21.

A guy I went to school with is now a cop. He failed 3 different grades in high school before dropping out and getting his GED.
