Guy attacked for filming the police. Cop stomps on camera phone. Video survives.

It's a given that they charged that guy with all kinds of shite and threw him in a cage, too. Dumbass cop thought stomping the phone would erase the video?

Filming cops is the popular thing in most of the country now. Cops are pretty easy to troll. They are dumb as frick and react like pit bulls. Cops are funny.

This is why I'm a supporter of having cameras on cops if that can be done.
With that said, the guy filming should get his right's right. For the law's sake.. I don't think "Freedom to Film" is in the Constitution.
