I was poor, so my roommate and I use to eat navy beans and toast for dinner.

My favorite college meal memory was Morrison's Cafeteria and I would get the Liver & Onions ($1.49) and a cornbread roll ($0.29) with a pad of butter ($0.05) and a water (fa-reeh!) and roll out for under $2.00.
Onions make you very, very popular with the ladies in the afternoon classes...

I wouldn't have been so poor if I hadn't spent so much on partying, soooo, it didn't suck too bad. Plus, navy beans are fricking delicious.

ULL had a chick fila on campus. That was always good. There was also a good pizza joint right off of campus called Bisbanos. Those were probably my two most frequented places.

Anything with rice - chicken & rice, fried rice, BBQ & rice. My mother was scared by a chinaman when she was pregnant with me.
One year I had a roommate whose dad owned a butcher shop. I paid the power, gas, and water bill, he kept the freezer full. Tenderloins for lunch and NY Strip for supper .
