I cracked my screen on a note 4. Need quotes. If no one can, will yall recommend somewhere near central?

Might be a dumb question, but have you checked with Samsung to see if they offer a repair service? I believe motorola does $175 screen replacements on the Nexus 6, and that appears to be cheaper than you can even purchase the screen. Likewise, the Note 4 LCD assembly looks to be $180+. The digitizer is cheap, but you'd need to find a repair shop that has a LCD Separator hot plate to unfuse the cracked glass from the LCD (assuming the LCD still works). Generally these fly-by-night iRepair/iFixit type places will probably charge you for a full LCD assembly + labor regardless. I have no specific recommendations in or near Central, since I've never used them and they seem to pop up and disappear frequently.
As a last resort if shops around here quote astronomical prices, I'll do it for you if you procure the LCD assembly (I don't have a separator plate). Obviously I have no experience changing Note 4 screens, but plenty of other phones. But I would just be working off of an illustrated tear-down guide and/or youtube videos (like anyone else around here would, and something you could probably do too).

Samsung wanted 193. Local one wants 215 + tax. Just checking around. I think I may keep it local.

That's not too bad. I was quoted between 250 and 350 when I had the GS4.

Fyi the note is extremely easy to do yourself.

Oh, I was going to do it but the part is like 189 by itself. Might as well let someone else do it for 30 dollars.
