Accounting/Business in Professional Soccer

Hey yall, I'm writing a paper on accounting in soccer. I seriously have no direction for this paper and it can be on absolutely anything accounting/business related.
I was thinking about writing on the business of selling and buying players and the use of players as assets but I can't find any sources online to follow through with it. I need 2 or more.
Do you guys know of articles, websites, podcasts, videos, etc where the business side of the sport is discussed?
I really appreciate it.

Soccernomics?
Probably a good start.
I would talk about how the laws of certain leagues drastically affects the value of players, ie English players having an artificially elevated value in the EPL.

You should recopilate information on the Argentine and Brazilian model of player ownership, and the use of Portuguese teams to develop them (and their market value).
You may want to study the two Argentine players (Tévez and someone else) who were sent by the conglomerate that owned them, to some shitty EPL side, in order to showcase them (and sell them on).

Would probably start with the annual reports of publicly traded teams
Here's United's for 2014
That was cool.
Reading it, Goodwill is nearly 35% of total Assets
And they list players (the value of their contracts?, or of the player), I am guessing, as players' registration at over 200 million
EDIT: I say contracts because of this

Profit on disposal of players' registrations

MLS franchise model and free agency. Current, relevant, and interesting. Grant Wahl's book on Beckham is a start.
