Salary / Benefits / Perks at work question

I work for a family business. Make a comfortable living, but not "OT baller" style (Not north of 6 figures). I love what I do. Can get time off as I need it. I am my own boss and am in the field that I want to be in.
While my salary could be higher, what I often times have to make myself remember is, other than the facts I listed above, I have other perks that are worth $$, I just don't get it in my paycheck.
-work cell phone, no cell phone bill
-work truck, no car payment (get a new truck every 3/4 years)
-get to use truck for personal reasons, not just at work.
-work gas card (haven't paid for gas in years)
-reimbursed for lunches everyday on my expense account.
I have recently been contaced by another company that would pay me a much higher salary, but would have no free phone, no free gas, no free car, no expense account, and not near as much leniency as far as coming and going.
How much are all those things worth. Is a 20K pay raise worth leaving all that for? Working longer hours, and not enjoying my job as much?
About me:
I am in my mid 20's, engaged with no kids. We live very comfortably, but not lavish. Own a nice home in a good neighborhood, probably wont have to move or buy a new home for a while.
I do have a mortgage. For those that don't know, a mortgage is when you pay for you home once a month over a period of time instead of just handing over cash money the day of purchase.
TL;DR version
is 20K more salary worth giving up the perks that I have at my current job?

Do you want kids or plan on having them in the near future? I'm going through something similar myself currently.
With one child, and trying for another, my free time was worth more than the $.

Seriously though, have you evaluated the monetary equivalent of some of the perks? The lunch every day, the car notes, the cell phone bills?
Try to put a monetary figure on as much as you can and then you decide if the other non-monetary perks are actually worth it to leave.

Do the math yourself. $100 for phone, $500 car note (or more, depending), $200 in gas, $200 for lunch each month. That's $12,000 over the course of a year. So... is the work environment and flexibility worth $8,000 to you?
Is the other position a better stepping stone to a higher paid gig that you eventually want?

With opportunities for pay increases?
I'd make the move.

You say you're happy where you're at:
Happy at work = almost priceless

Can you get used to having a truck more than 3-4 years? If you get something a year or two old and drove it for 6-7 years after that it might pay off. Maintenance would be all on you though. Figure $1,500 a year in gas, another $1,200 or so insurance. Lunch is $10 a day probably. You could pack your own and save a ton though. What is the retirement package at both? Cell phone for around $100 a month. I think $20k a year bump I would heavily consider it.

Not really

I estimate my work truck is about a 10K benefit a year if you try and put an amount to it

I wouldn't leave, especially since you seem to like it so much. You worked really hard on justifying reasons to stay, which speaks volumes.

factor it out over the year. Cost of gas, lunches, cell phone =? If its close to 20k tay where you are.
car note - 300
gas per month - 100
lunches - 200 (5 days a week @ $10)
Phone = 100
So per month roughly thats 700 x 12 = 8400. I'd take the extra 12k imo. You re still doubling your "perks"

This is the kind of thing you could figure out better than us by using a spreadsheet..

My pay will increase where I am also. Just buying some time until some older family members retire, then its mine.
