Eat oatmeal and eggs every morning. I fry an egg or two and eat with s slice of toast and bowl of oatmeal

Was out of plates for my eggs this morning so I just dumped my fried eggs on top of the oatmeal. Sprinkled some cinnamon and sugar on top and dipped the bread in.

Mother of god it's great. Will never go back and one less dish to wash. Win win

Thoughts?

I don't do cinnamon and sugar on oatmeal or grits. I'm a salt guy, but it sounds good to me.

Yes bad wording on my part. I do use the combo sugar and cinnamon

Also it's really good without the cinnamon and sugar too. I'm telling you don't knock it till you try it

Not an oatmeal fan.....but my latest breakfast concoction is an egg in a ham nest. Push a slice of ham into a greased muffin cup, crack an egg into it, sprinkle w cheese of choice, bake for 13-15 minutes at 350, depending on how runny you like the egg. Ham edges get crispy and breakfast cooks itself unattended.

Yesterday my wife lined a muffin pan with spinach leaves, cracked an egg in each and cooked till whites set, yolk was thick and runny. I couldn't believe how damn good it was
