Find a Doctor that you like.My Doctor is more laid back than I am,and that's a lot.
I've been seeing him for 10+ years.I've got him in my cell phone as my #3 Emergency Contact.
I can tell him anything.
Everyone eventually needs a Doctor and it should be someone you like and trust.
eta:My Doctor is 2 years older than I am.I'm 53.So,I figure he'll be the only Doctor I'll need.Hopefully.
