You've been given the power to completely evacuate any city in the US and nuke it to the ground, which one would it be?

New Orleans
Detroit
L.A.
Other?

Remember, the citizens are taken out, you just nuking the infrastructure.

New Orleans wouldn't even be on my list because of all the history.

New Orleans is the only answer.

Maybe Detroit if there's an extra nuke to drop.

It could definitely use some new infrastructure, though I would be remiss to see much of it go.

Tuscaloosa: '2 way' streets that are really 1.5 way, with cars parked on either side.

Washington D.C. without hesitation. It would change the political structure of the country.

Why would you nuke one of the most unique architectural cities in the U.S.?
