Steady income, reasonable debt ratio, and responsible credit history. Are those requirements racist?

I suspect the majority on here will have little to no debt, pay their bills on time, 760 + FICO score and an income north of $60K.

Not going to lie. Recently did a personal credit check because we are looking to buy a house again. My credit score was over 800, had to take a screen shot for when I decide to frick it up with another house note

Just using creditkarma. It is just transunion and equifax so I guess it could be off, hopefully not significantly, for my sake.
