Is Chitcago the most miserable American city

I'm sure there are some worse cities in North Dakota or Minnesota
But for large cities in the world how many are shittier than chitcago?
I'd take malaria, flooding, poverty, earthquakes, smell above chitcago
Great place to visit for a week or less
Horrible place to live

It's basically one of the best places on the planet from May until September. You need cash, though.

You get good weather but you can also get really cold weather
Remember late May a few years ago and we had highs in the 30s
Then had 8 days straight over 100 two months later
Worst weather in America
