Had issues with the one on highway 73 in Dutchtown. Waited there for 10 minutes for the girl to acknowledge me or something (I was the only one in line). At that point I asked her If she was going to take my order at any point as she stood there and looked at me. She said "Nah". Wrote a complaint about it online and the service has been great since then. Not sure what happened with that lol

That happened to me and my dad at Church's chicken once in Greenwood, MS.
Let's just say when we left there, thanks to my dad's extensive and informative vocabulary, everyone that worked at that particular Church's knew that they were a n#@$@

Damn. I had the same thing happen at a BK. Nobody in the restaurant and the girl just sat there on the same side of the counter as I was. I'm thinking age must be off the clock. A couple minutes later the manager asked if my order had been taken then asked whilst she hadn't taken it. She just mumbled I don't know...but they want $15 an hour

the Kenner popeyes on Williams is the best Popeyes. Woman takes your order and sings to you and gets your food nice and quick

LOL. Well at least In my case It was not racism like the OP claims. The old White manager was equally as dismissive to me as the young black female. Good food but the service around P'Ville/Gonzales is horrible.
I don't think the problem is a black/White thing as much as young people giving 0 shits lol. Never had much of an issue with older folk in fast food except for the popeyes manager

There is an excellent Popeye's in the ATL Terminal, Concourse B.
I was the first customer (11:00 am opening time) one weekday at the Popeye's in Bay St. Louis several years ago. Two piece white, spicy, spicy rice. The breast was pink and cool inside. (No pics) I brought it back to the counter, the manager gave me my money back and gave me a (thoroughly cooked) three-piece instead for the frees.
