Guy can't stay healthy and these stress fracture type of injuries are chronic.

Should we start looking elsewhere?

If we're getting rid of Jrue it better be because we're blowing the whole thing up and rebuilding around AD from scratch.

We would be selling too low, same as it would have been with Gordon.

This, he's either going to bounce back or be Gordon 2.0

Not yet. If he gets the injury bug again next year, though, I am all for it.

Did i read correctly that Jrue's return was updated today from 2-4 weeks to indefinite?

Today makes two weeks #Pelicans PG Jrue Holiday has been out injured. Says his lower left leg (stress reaction) doesn't feel any better.

#Pelicans' Jrue Holiday says there's no timetable to return. Has been out since Jan. 14 with lower leg injury. Scheduled to miss 2-4 weeks.

At this point we should probably be happy if he's able to get back to normal by next year.

No.
The great thing about our "too many guards" problem has shown we have self insured ourselves. Jrue is an all around stud, he goes down temporarily, insert Reke running the point. Temporarily.

Holiday will be here for as long as AD is. That should be the plan for the future.

Now would some of you feel alright with trading him for an early-mid first and signing reggie Jackson?

I haven't liked the trade from the beginning and have said such. I don't care for a PG that looks for his offense first before getting his teammates involved.

No.

But Simmons's comment on Holiday being Darren Collison with better defense and a better agent stings because there's some truth to it.
