With NOLA banning smoking in many places and other cities/towns banning smoking, what's the next logical step? Do you think it will be banned altogether in public? If so, how many years ?

9. DO choose a subject line that accurately describes the content of your post. Do not use deceptive subjects to attract attention to your post. Do not use one or two-word subjects that provide no description. And do not post in ALL CAPS.

You realize the cigarette bans in other cities happened YEARS ago....and people there still smoke...just not inside the bars/restaurants. It's not gonna stop those that really want to smoke from smoking...they just have a few more restrictions on it.

It might help those that were reaching the point of wanting to quit to go ahead and quit though since they won't be as tempted to smoke now when they go out.
