I still can't figure out how you were messing with me. The ingredients seemed to match what was on tin roof's website and the IBU's and ABV looks right for a blonde ale to me. What am I missing?

When the grain becomes the grist and the bubbles part to reveal the hop all will be revealed.

Was not a good year for FBD krewe member's dogs. Can't joke like that.

Great year for FBD cats. Mainly because I got rid of the count cat.

The tap handle pushing cat? Hope so.

I'm not a cat fan.

I'm just messing with you. Lighten up, have a homebrew. The recipe I posted is fine.

I was starting to think you gave me a bud light recipe or something. Sorry about your dog man.

I got a ton of cats around my apartment if you regret that decision. Most of them are feral except for the one that constantly howls every time it sees me for no apparent reason and then insists on exploring my apartment.

I added a pound of pilsen to your recipe. We winged a few aspects of the recipe such as a mash temp of 154 F and time of 75 min. We initiated fermentation at 64 F. The color was a nice gold. I grabbed a few more pics of the setup from a closer range for those interested. Sorry for the blue spots, I burnt my lens on a fishing trip in South Texas. Here are the pics:

Well you f*cked it up now. Naw, looks good. 75 minute mash is long but I'm sure it will be fine.

Thanks again. Also, we're only doing a one stage fermentation. Will that be okay or do we need to make it two?
