We eat stuff that sits out all night at the camp all the time. Usually bc everyone is too fricked up to remember to throw it in the fridge. IWEI

Were they covered? How cold was it in your house?

Reheat them above 160 and theyll be fine.

My pawpaw would fry fish on Sat, leave it on the counter overnigjt and eat it for breakfast Sun AM all the time without heating it up?

Same

You go to parties and eat food that has been out for hours.. buffets (well, someone goes to buffets).. etc.

I have exceptions. But something like a pork chop? meh.

No. Toss em, esp if they had a sauce.

Did the mushroom sauce have cream or any additions that would spoil?

Otherwise, heat thoroughly and they are likely fine.

bring it up to cooking temp, over 160F, and let it sit at that temp for several minutes (15 minutes or so) and then nosh.

Just make sure you chew your pork. If you don't and get food poisoning, instead of nice stream of puke, you will get the machine gun puke...tchu-tchu-tchu-tchu-tchu. I know from experience.
