Depends. Pocket or IWB. Off body sometimes although I know it's frowned upon.

Depending on what I'm wearing I carry it either on a waistband holster or other times I'll use my shoulder holster.

just a shirt or shirt and thin sweater, I carry on the small of my back. I grab it quickly there, it's identical to a wallet reach how I get to it, and that's where I have the most room so it is comfortable...it's a 3" barrel so it isn't sticking down the crack of my arse and I can sit comfortably.
a lot of layers and I can't get to it smoothly at all, I carry either a model 36 in a pocket holster in my jacket, or I carry my colt python in a vertical shoulder holster (definitely my movie theater carry option for cold weather)

Either on my ankle or in my pocket if my shirt is tucked in or if shirt is out, it's in the back of my pants between my pants and back in my holster
