grew up In the 80s in Lake Charles and I can remember going between Bonanza and Western Sizzlin every week after church.

shite was the tits. I remember the salad bar and potato bar and ice cream machine. steak was cheap as shite and you got a huge portion with sides.

anyone else grow up on these? RIP. those were better days

Used to love places like that until I learned how to cook a steak better than any steakhouse for 1/3 the price.

Western Sizzlin' went from the tits to shite. Something in their food destroyed me internally.

Steak and Ale was an actual restaurant with pretty good food at a good price for a place with some atmosphere. Ate there plenty in the 80's.

Sizzlin, Bonanza, Golden Corral are all dumpster fires best populated by ham planet bama fans and their retarded children.
