Anyone been?

A BEEF FLIGHT? Are you kidding me??? I've had Charcuterie plates, but I've ever seen a beef sampler offered.

"Akaushi Wagyu New York strip, 21-day aged ribeye, 60-day aged ribeye, herb-crusted bone marrow and accoutrements (bacon-onion jam, a shallot salad and more). A decadent sampler calls for a side that can stand up to it, like the Chop House’s crawfish maque choux"

Looks like even Gaston would eat it.

Zappa, dallastiger...any feedback on this place?

I'm absolutely going to get the flight next time I'm in town.

I've been but haven't had that

Went for a work dinner and we tried everything. I remember it being very good and I remember their bread was like a fluffy pastry and all of us damn near got full off that

I've had the bone marrow and it was very good.

I wouldn't call it a top tier Dallas steakhouse such as Bobs, Nick and sams,Pappas, Del friscos or Al Biernets but it's just a step below. Also if I remember correctly it's priced better than those anyway.

I'd put it in the next tier such as Perrys, Chamberlains, or Trulucks which is very good. Sounds like that flight is worth a shot. Let me know how it is.

That looks amazing. I'm going to try to go after work today with some co-workers. I'll let y'all know how it is if I make it over there today.

I've never been to Dallas Chop House before, but I've heard several people say the same thing. Good, but not great.

Yes but at the same time it's worth checking out. That top tier for me at least is a once in a blue moon type place

Please tell us how that is if you go today

Please do.

It would be awesome if each 4oz cut was paired with a beer or wine flight.

Is Nik and Sams considered a top tier steakhouse here? I haven't had dinner there but was underwhelmed with brunch and lunch the two times I've been.
