Do you get 2 weeks and that include sick days/personal time or do you get them separate?

Someone they told me they get 4 weeks vacation including sick days and their vacation rolls over so he has almost 48 weeks worth of unused vacation time, I was amazed by this.

4 weeks plus 5 personal and 5 sick days. Also get 4 "weekend extender" half days I can use throughout the year if I need to cut out early. Everything is use it/lose it so unfortuantely I can't carry anything over.

Salary/Commission employees don't have a set vacation allotment. Get your work done. Take off. Hourly employees get two weeks paid to use how they want.

2 weeks paid vacation, hours accrued monthly.
1.5 weeks sick time (I think, I never take sick time so I forget), hours accrued monthly.
OT hours are "banked" and can be taken at a later date.

So if I work 50 hours in a week, I get 10 hours OT available as PTO. Earned over 200 hours of PTO in addition to my regular vacation and sick time last year.

3 weeks of vacation, 1 week of sick, and 7-8 days of floating (bankable) holidays. All of it rolls over.

I got an extra 5 days this year. My sick and pto are all in one. I get 20 days off and 5 days from Christmas to the New Year. Also get 7 holidays throughout the year. We get to rollover a max of 5 days a year. They used to let them do an unlimited amount.

ETA: Still not enough time off.

I get 21 days off a year. They roll over from year to year and I don't accrue days once I hit 32 days off. We can sell our vacation hours back twice a year

A friends dad retired with a full years worth. Think it was accrued sick time. He was a teacher.

6 weeks and that includes sick days and personal time. We can have up to 2 years in our bank but if we hit the max we no longer earn any days until we use some of that bank time.

Vacation accrues at 3 weeks per year and rolls over, 2 weeks sick time per year and does not roll over, 3 personal days do not roll over, 6 half Fridays in the summer, off the week between Christmas and New Year.
