frick Lufthansa.

Customer service blows.

I didn't die though, so I guess that's the only thing applicable to this thread.

Carry on.

Scat Airlines desperately needs a new name.

Rainman agrees with the Qantas rating.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of Qantas and Air New Zealand when I flew with them. Glad to see they ranked well. Lufthansa is great too. Haven't flew the others. US airlines need to step up their game.

How do they decide this? Because Southwest has 0 total fatalities.

Are you joking? The Luftwaffe where a nicer bunch to deal with than Lufthansa.

Unfortunately, they have no incentive to do so.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Lufthansa.

They do fly into Lukla for that but they haven't had a problem at that airport for several years now. Most of their troubles are due to corruption and bad maintenance.

With any luck their goat sacrifice to fix an aircraft will work.

I got to watch a Lufthansa employee just eviscerate and crush passenger dreams a week ago in Frankfurt. She was being quite rude and downright mean but did enjoy it all at the same time. Poor bastards. Those Euros sure got upset.

A snowfall there had caused some problems.
