Went for brunch Sunday and had the burger with a fried egg and fries. Ever since having Cowbell my burger expectations have been very high. The burger came out prefect med rare dressed only with melted sharp cheddar and a fried egg. I only added a light coating o mayo. The beef blend was outstanding. Waiter told me it was grass fed from a small local farm (Two Run Farms my guess). I'm glad this burger was not dressed with anything else because I had a real appreciation of the natural intense beef flavor.

Side note: my gf had the black eye pea cakes which were awesome and will def order next time.

This is one food trend that I just haven't been able to get into. I guess I just don't care enough for fried egg yolk to embrace this mentality.

They have a great burger. You should have tried the chicken biscuits.

Yeah I love runny egg yolk. Yesterday I had some leftover fatty brisket that I topped with a couple eggs for breakfast.

At the same time I can appreciate a good burger without an egg. Not sure how I would feel about an egg on my LPG Burger.
