Does anyone know where to get the recipe for Domenica's brussel sprouts? Searched online but couldn't find any reference. Had them for the first time yesterday and their were incredible.

There is a video about halfway down showing the chef cooking them. I think it has everything you need to know.

Looks simple enough. Might try today if I can find some.

Best brussel sprouts I have ever had were at East Side King in austin. Cut in half, drizzel with EVOO and toss them around to evenly coat, roast at 350 for 20 minutes or so until you can pierce with a fork, mix 2 tbl sweet thia chili sauce-1 tbl EVOO and 1 tsp gran. garlic....drizzle over brussel sprouts and mix thoroughly til evenly coated, turn oven up to 450 and cook until coating is carmelized....about 7-8 minutes. devour.

I think I put that recipe in the TD recipe book a year or so ago. I emailed the chef for it.

Yep. It's on page 140 assuming it's the same one you had. The dish was outstanding.

Makes sense Domenica has a good BS. I've heard the same about Johnny Sanchez brussle sprout

Thanks guys. Seems my google skills are indeed lacking. Can't wait to try and recreate those. Could have and just about did eat the entire order myself

Just checked the video and recipe book and it looks like the old recipe. The version yesterday had a mustardo vinaigrette. I've made the bacon and manchego version which were great but the mustardo completely made this dish. I'll attempt to email them for it. Thanks again for the assistance.
