Leftover fried catfish with eggs (over-medium) for breakfast is nice, very nice.

If we were talking freezer overnight, I would go with candy bars (Kit Kat) and cake (white cake with buttercream icing).

I think they are called pressed sandwiches.

They're called "Calabrian Pittas" and I watched Mary Ann Espozito make one on TV years ago.
