After watching Gary Patterson on the sidelines today

it seems like he's 100% more involved in the game plan as opposed to Miles. Miles doesn't seem like he's even running the show, but more like an administrator in lala land. I think we need a more energetic, hyped person on the sidelines.

I bet the next LSU loss you'll say that clm was too involved in offensive play calling

Yeah, more demonstrative coaches are always better. Classic rantard sentiment.

The man across from him on the sideline(hugh Freeze) is exactly what you described...............see what that's doing for him.

If Les had gone to Michigan, Gary Patterson would have been my #1. The fact that his team is in the perfect situation to not give a crap about a bowl game but are completely motivated speaks wonders.

Saban's pretty hyped.....best coach out there.

He is more involved because he is a better in game coach

Patterson is 10x the coach Les is. Fact.

You nailed it. You figured out the problem.
Miles isn't energetic or hyped enough.

One day Les is too involved and one day not at all. These message boards are fun to read...

If CLM leaves in the near future we need to do what ever it takes to get GP in Baton Rouge!

In my opinion, Patterson is a very good coach; that doesn't mean he has to be that involved in every defensive call. He chooses to do so, and that is his style. Most head coaches do not do this.

Patterson is smarter simply because he made a change to the offense when it wasn't working. It's done wonders for them. If only our coaching staff would make necessary changes.....
