not a money maker per se, but killing Lenin, Stalin and Hitler would be worth a shot.

The problem for a lot of ideas is that there wasn't the tech in 1914 to build it. There was no machine around that would build a microprocessor (and they probably had no mines for some of the rare earth metals). You couldn't bring about the atomic bomb early for the same reason.

Exactly.

You could be and endless source of ideas for books, movies, advertising, and song lyrics.

100 years, no thank that would suck big time. 50 would be pretty bad but i would take 20-30. Even better might anytime in the 90's.

The problem is that it is unlikely that anyone would listen to you. You would be labelled a nut.

I would try to advocate using more air power, using available planes, to eliminate entrenched troops. Stopping trench warfare would save tons of lives.

In 1914, I would be the greatest auto mechanic and welder in the world. I would provide just enough innovation in those areas to gather some seed money and invest it in TX mineral rights and Los Angeles real estate. As those milliions started to roll in I would build the biggest, most well funded movie studio and media empire the world had ever seen. That vast influence would be channelled into establishing my progeny as America's premier political dynasty. If I accomplish all these things without being hanged, in my later years I would invent rock and roll and cocaine addiction.

I'd masturbate on the wall of my asylum and write people's names with it, and see if it held up over 100 years.

I would buy the Boston Braves and shut them down immediately...saving millions of Southerners the frustration and anger of being fans of the Atlanta Braves.

I'd steal McDonald's business model and use the profits to buy up real estate in the Bay Area.

Watch the trailer for Hot Tub Time Machine 2. They use this concept. BTW, this movie looks much funnier than it should be.......
